Schedule for May 23rd – May 27th
Monday 5/23 – Beast Day Office Hours 9am – 12:30pm
Tuesday 5/24 – Office Hours for Returning Students 9am – 12:30pm Complete courses and Edgenuity!
Set yourself up for success for next school year!
Wednesday 5/25 – Senior Checkout & Rehearsal: No classes
- Senior Checkout 9:00 – 11:00 – Caps & Gowns distributed. All fines and fees, as well as graduation requirements, MUST be met before a student can participate in the graduation ceremony and receive their diploma.
- Senior Luncheon in the Garden 11:30 – 12:30
- Graduation Rehearsal 12:30 – 2:30 – Rehearsal will be in the ALHS Auditorium. Attendance is mandatory in order to walk in the graduation ceremony! Thursday 5/26 – GRADUATION at the University of Denver Newman Center NO SCHOOL!
- Students must arrive by 12:15 PM
- Ceremony starts at 1:00 PM
- All students must make arrangements for transportation.
- Make sure you do not bring anything with you that won’t fit in your pocket.
- You are allowed to decorate your cap. We will have a decorating station at Senior Checkout.
- Do not throw your cap in the theater. We will be doing this outside during our class photo! Friday 5/27 – NO SCHOOL for STUDENTs or STAFF
